It was an honor to see our work published in IN Kansas City Magazine in January 2021. This beautiful new community was an absolute joy to capture! There are 2 model units that remain to be photographed, and the client is waiting for March when the landscape greens up again.

Many thanks to Enterprise Precast Concrete for commissioning architectural photography in Kansas City, Mo of the new Barbara Marshall Dining & Residence Hall at the Kansas City Art Institute. This dynamic and colorful building was named ‘Project of the Year’ by AIA Kansas City.

In October 2020, Rosemann & Associates contacted Arch Photo KC seeking images capturing their architectural design services. Even better, they were bringing along additional clients: Ignite Medical Resorts, Avenue Development and Excel Constructors.
The space is beautiful and so are the images.
The exterior is awaiting tile cladding that has been delayed until early November. Fingers crossed for good landscaping conditions later in the fall season.
When working with multiple clients, we like to offer choices in assembling each firm’s own image collection, then clients are only billed for the final images they select. The selections between the owner & developer, the architect, and the contractor were notably different from each other, which proves why we like to offer photography services in this way. In the end, we want every client to get what they want, without having to succumb to a project partner’s selections.
After working with Enterprise Precast Concrete for 8 years now, it was a pleasure to have earned their regional business and successfully captured their 2020 projects in the Dallas metropolitan area in late July 2020. Below are highlights.
Enterprise Precast Concrete is part of a family of companies, Enterprise Properties, which also owns American Concrete Products, a producer and supplier of utilitarian concrete products. Lifts at both companies’ plants were instrumental to capturing the full size of their facilities.
In May 2020, NorthPoint Development commissioned photography of the new upgraded model units at Lexington Farms Apartments in Overland Park, Mo. They are renovating their units one-by-one, and these images are of their new 2BD & 1BD upgraded model units. All images seen here are a combination of natural light and flash, while revealing the view outdoors. It was a pleasure to process these and everyone is very happy with them.
Neighbors Construction Company is a long-time client of Arch Photo KC. In late 2017 they commissioned this company overview video which conveys what they do and inspires trust in their abilities as one of the top multifamily and mixed-use contractors in Kansas City. Arch Photo KC produced the video from concept to completion.
Here’s recently completed work on behalf of JE Dunn Construction & HTK Architects of the renovation of the Edwardsville, KS Elementary School. The new library used to be the lunchroom! I love the dynamic, colorful spaces. This is actually 1 of 4 projects I completed of both firms’ work on the Bonner Springs School District.
Here’s one of the most visually unique and colorful photography projects I completed in late 2019: Yellow Frog GFX in St. Joseph, Mo for ARCO National Construction.
Yellow Frog GFX designs, produces and installs vehicle graphics and large format wall murals, and their new HQ is simply stunning. I enjoyed this project!
I just love the 2019 Year in Review video I produced for my long-term client, Neighbors Construction Company, who I have been working with for 4 years as a marketing consultant and photographer. Every single image you see is my work, and I also created and edited the video myself using Adobe Premiere Rush.
I am simply mesmerized by how the movement of the images actually appears so fluid, like video footage and not a compilation of still images …
Commissioned by Enterprise Precast Concrete, you can see that by using “perfect” completed project images truly presents this $100M building in its best form and lighting conditions, better than video footage ever could. It’s not just showing the building, but SHOWCASING it!
I am so proud for my clients and appreciative of our relationship that they value my work so much to send me regionally to photograph their best projects. I find it fun to show their various precast finishes, textures, and resulting shadows as the sun moves across the sky.
It’s so fulfilling to see completed productions such as this. It’s what I live for professionally, and why I do what I do! I just love to see how clients use my images to advance their business, and no client has won more awards with my images than Enterprise Precast Concrete.
