Centric: Reed Automotive Dealership in St. Joseph

Last summer we had the pleasure of photographing our first Reed Automotive dealership for Centric.

Located in St. Joseph, Mo, the inside has a clean, modern look with bright white tile and ceilings. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the showroom make great use of natural light to brighten the space and are inviting to customers outside. Centric likes to show movement of people within the space, so we had fun with that part of the shoot within the sales, waiting and service areas.

However, no one can control everything that happens on the day of the photoshoot, and while we ensure our pricing includes basic, everyday edits, some exterior shots require advanced editing beyond the normal scope.

In this case, the client preferred a car-free customer parking lot, but the dealership was open at the time with a customer inside. With the sun starting to set and not a lot of time left to get the shot, we couldn’t wait for the customer to leave. While a few exterior photos did require some advanced editing, the results are 100% worth the extra work and budget add-on.
